TORC Laager 15 – Strandskloof Weekend

The TORC Laager 15 family gathered at Strandskloof Caravan Park, Gansbaai for a memorable outing in July 2026. With six plots booked, members arrived early to set up camp and unveil exciting new additions to the fleet — Robbie and Karen’s off‑road Squareback trailer “Boerebompie” and Donowin & Linny Solomon’s beautifully restored vintage caravan.
Highlights of the weekend included:

🍲 Friday Evening – A hearty green soup prepared by the hosts, shared around the fire as the winter chill set in.

🌊 Saturday Morning – Members explored Gansbaai, renowned for whale watching, shark diving, rugged cliffs, and fresh seafood.

🍛 Saturday Afternoon & Evening – Robbie and Karen’s lamb and bean curry pot, paired with homemade flatbreads and rotis, was a hit. Later, a magnificent campfire set the stage for music and laughter, with Anthony Jacobs crowned “Vocalist of the Night.”

🔥 Sunday Morning – The indaba brought everyone together before members packed up, carrying home wonderful memories of fellowship and fun.
The weekend was a true reflection of Laager 15’s spirit — faith, friendship, fun, and camping memories that last a lifetime.
